We’re proud to announce that the CACS Professional Program has been awarded with the Commercial Cooking NC-IV Certificate and Bread/Pastry Production NC-II Certificate to its Professional Culinary and Pastry Arts Program, the highest certification awarded to a Filipino Culinary Institution.

What’s in it for our students? Now that our program has been certified with the highest rank possible, each Professional Program graduate will merit a Commercial Cooking NC-IV Certificate and Bread/Pastry Production NC-II Certificate if he/she finishes the program satisfactorily, with all the requirements intact.

Along with all our professors, who have been trained and given the TESDA approval as assessors, CACS further pushes the limits of quality culinary education in the Philippines. This is another glorious event for our 10th year anniversary.
