Last October, our chef-instructors (Chef Toto Erfe, Chef Gene Gonzalez, Chef Lawrence Zafra, Chef Adrian Lim and Chef Gino Gonzalez) from the Center for Asian Culinary Studies, went on an extensive study and gastronomic trip to Saigon, Vietnam. Perfecting their skills at Vietnamese Cookery, the chefs are now back and armed with the new and traditional Vietnamese techniques for the improvement and authenticity of all our Asian related programs.

Their greater understanding of another Asian cuisine will be passed on to our students who will be taking the Professional, Skills or all Asian cuisine course.
