The Center for Asian Culinary Studies was very pleased to have Chef Bobby Chinn to learn more about Filipino Cuisine. Chef Gene and Chef Bobby cooked a few Filipino dishes for the shoot and sampled some of Cafe Ysabel’s food. Our students were able to meet and hang out with Chef Bobby during the shoot.

Chef Bobby, who has his own restaurant in Hanoi, was very pleased to see how our students take very active roles in the school’s activities. And our students in turn were very inspired and excited about the day’s activities.
