Dear Students of CACS Subic,

We would like to clarify the following matters which concern your statuses as students of CACS.

1. On 15 September 2014, Center for Asian Culinary Studies, Inc. (the main campus of CACS) terminated its business and licensing agreement with CACS Subic/Mark Bernardino for just cause (i.e., breach of contract by the latter).

Notice was sent to your school to cease its use of the CACS name, and of all marks, curricula and materials belonging to CACS.

2. Accordingly, certified CACS Students who graduate and/or finish a program must look for the following authorized signatories in their certificates or diplomas:

EUGENIO R. GONZALEZ (CHEF GENE)

EUGENIO S. GONZALEZ JR. (CHEF GINO)

ELISEO J. DE GUZMAN JR (CHEF JUNJUN)

Any certificate, diploma or award not bearing these signatories shall not be recognized by CACS.

3. Please also be informed that there is presently a pending case for judicial confirmation of termination of contract with the Metropolitan Trial Court of San Juan City, and that therefore, all present and future enrollees of CACS Subic run the risk of having their diplomas, certificates and/or awards nullified in the event of a favorable decision by the Court.

PLEASE BE GUIDED ACCORDINGLY.
