Famous Chef, Traveler and Author Anthony Bourdain visited Cafe Ysabel for a sampling of traditional Filipino Cuisine. Ms. Judy Ann Santos (currently a student of the All-Asian Program at the Center for Asian Culinary Studies), along with Chef Gene Gonzalez, gave Chef Tony a delicious glimpse of fine Filipino cuisine.
 
 
After a long afternoon of sampling and cooking, our chefs, along with chef Tony and his crew ended the day with a Cocido dinner. We are very pleased to say that Chef Tony and his crew seemed to have enjoyed their meal and experience at Cafe Ysabel. We were truly honored to have them as our guests.
