We’re proud to announce that new summer programs are now online and available for reservation already! We have programs for people of all ages and all walks of life. This is the best summer ever for culinary education!

Here are just some of our programs:
Just for Tots! Cooking Workshop for Little Kids (2-4 years)
The Teen Cooking Course (11 and above)
The Kids’ Cooking & Baking Program Year 3 (5 and up)

Career Discovery Program (adults)
The Professional Asian Program (adults with culinary exp)
The Catering Boot Camp (adults)

CACS Launches the Filipino Cuisine Day for the Professional Program

We’re proud to announce that our Professional Program has now improved its Filipino Cuisine day to include recipes and methods that have been passed on for generations. Students will now be able to do Filipino food from scratch as well as understand the hows and whys of Filipino cookery & methods.

Chefs undergo Advanced Foie Gras Training

Chef Paulin Rio of the Rougie, makers of quality foie gras, conducted a training session with the CACS instructors in order to give them advanced techniques in foie gras last November 19.
