Now that our program has been certified with the highest rank possible, each Professional Program graduate will merit a Commercial Cooking NC-IV Certificate and Bread/Pastry Production NC-II Certificate if he/she finishes the program satisfactorily, with all the requirements intact.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Along with all our professors, who have been trained and given the TESDA approval as assessors, CACS further pushes the limits of quality culinary education in the Philippines. Finish in 1.5 months! This hands-on series is open to all kitchen enthusiasts who would like to get fast and yet technical comprehensive skills in the shortest time possible! The course will cover all areas of basic &amp;amp; international cookery, meat &amp;amp; fish fabrication, sauces, stocks, vegetable &amp;amp; asian cookery as well as pastries, meringues, cookies, breads, chocolates and desserts. The series will culminate in an extensive buffet proudly prepared by the students.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Now open for enrollees: Tuesdays, Thursdays &amp;amp; Sundays (opens on April 8, 2010) Schedule OR Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays (opens on April 19, 2010).
