Mindanao, being a melting pot of diverse cultures, CACS has become that one place where food lovers are able to express themselves through the fine art of cooking and baking. Young and old alike, our students have come from as far as Cagayan de Oro, General Santos, Cotabato, Compostela Valley and other neighboring cities. Each student brings an exciting mix of knowledge and culture in the kitchen. Working and learning in this kind of environment is truly an enriching experience.
