Once you start your chosen course here in CACS, you will be welcome to take part in the school and restaurant’s multitude of activities. Being in the school, you may be able to experience being part of these great culinary productions: parillada, to special chef’s table dinners, nuptials, buffets, recipe development, book development, kitchen testing, catering production, chef assisting, recipe testing, and other food related events.


Your stay in our school will be both fun and challenging with the everyday hustle and bustle of both the restaurant and school. This will also hone you and train you to work alone and with a team.
