Inaugurated in November 2009, the CACS Annex Classrooms located in Wilson St. corner P. Guevarra Street is one of the country’s best culinary & pastry arts kitchens in the Philippines! Equipped with the latest and best equipment from Maxim, Cookworks, Rational, American Range and Toastmaster, the CACS annex classrooms boasts our world-class quality standard as a culinary institution. 1 Middleby Kitchen --- NEW!

Inaugurated in June 2010, the CACS-Middleby Kitchen is one of the country’s best culinary & pastry arts kitchens in the Philippines! As our first kitchen classroom, we have renovated and reopened this classroom (it used to be known as the “small” kitchen) and made it into our biggest classroom to date. Equipped with the latest and best equipment from Maxim, Cookworks, Blodgett and Toastmaster, the CACS-Middleby classroom boasts our world-class quality standard as a culinary institution. with complete equipment like burners, mixers, chillers, prep tables, deck and convection ovens. We are equipped with only the highest quality cookware from Maxim Duranium and Cookworks and the best quality equipment from Toastmaster, Blodgett, & Gomeco.

1 R&D Kitchen

our research and development kitchen with burners for Asian cookery, prep tables, convection and deck ovens. This serves as a venue for clients from the F&B industry who tap CACS to do their research & development work, recipe testing as well as food styling.
