A Not-for-Profit Facility

The Center for Asian Culinary Studies is a non-stock, non-profit organization. It is committed to its mission to provide total satisfaction to its students through continuous research and excellent culinary training.

Our board of trustees, who are not compensated for their services, guide CACS with their knowledge in the academic, hospitality and culinary industry. This assures our students of consistent quality in all our classes.

CACS periodically holds events where our students, staff and professors visit different children’s homes to bring them a day of joy and delicious treats as a way of giving back to the community. CACS maintains its active role through outreach programs like our meals made for typhoon victims and various donation programs in conjunction with other foundations.
